Evidence. Rodent studies: NNMT inhibition reduced adipose mass and improved insulin sensitivity in diet-induced obesity, raised NAD+ and activated muscle stem cells in aged mice; no human trials published. Consumer capsules are 50–100 mg; often paired with ATX-304 (reference formulas use 75 mg alongside 100 mg ATX-304).

Cautions. No human safety data; unknown drug interactions; not in pregnancy or nursing; cycle 8–12 weeks on / equal time off.

What is 5-Amino-1MQ?

A small molecule that inhibits NNMT, an enzyme that consumes NAD+ precursors and is over-expressed in fat tissue. The evidence is preclinical (rodent adiposity, insulin sensitivity and muscle-stem-cell studies) — we rate it Tier 4 and say so plainly.

Can I take it with ATX-304?

Yes — that pairing (100 mg ATX-304 + 50–75 mg 5-Amino-1MQ) is how Jason runs his metabolic blocks. Start each one separately for a week to judge tolerance.

What does "Version 2.0" mean?

Every NEX-GEN formula starts at Version 2.0 and later versions may be announced each quarter. Each run is a single batch — once it sells out, that exact version is retired. If you love a version, tell us to keep it, and buy a few extra bottles just in case.

How does pre-order work?

Pre-order adds the item to your saved cart and emails a confirmation that your bottles are reserved. No payment is taken now; you will be prompted to complete checkout when the Version 2.0 batch releases in early 2027.

When does it ship?
