When do formulas ship?

Version 2.0 ships early 2027. Pre-orders open January 1, 2027; until then you can save a pre-order list at no cost and we email you the day checkout opens. Pre-orders ship in the order they were placed.

What does "Version 2.0" mean?

Every NEX-GEN formula starts at Version 2.0 — the first version we would put our name on. Each quarter we review the evidence and may announce 2.1, 2.2 and so on. The changelog on each product page records what changed and why.

What does "single-batch run" mean?

Each version is manufactured once. When a batch sells out it is gone; the next version is announced before it is made. If a formula is working for you, tell us to keep it — and buy a few extra bottles just in case.

Why is the one-time price crossed out?

The one-time price is the anchor. Subscribing monthly saves 15%, a 3-pack saves 20%, a 3-pack subscription saves 25% — and building a stack adds up to 25% on top. How pricing works.

Can I cancel a subscription?

Yes — skip, swap, pause or cancel any time from the link in your renewal email, or by replying to it. Subscriptions ship free.

Do you offer refunds?

Unopened bottles within 30 days, full refund. Opened bottles: tell us what did not work and we will make it right — see Shipping & returns.

Are these formulas safe with my medication?

Every product page has a "Who should not take this" section and every ingredient has cautions in the Ingredient Research Tool. The Build Your Stack tool asks about blood thinners, PDE-5 inhibitors, thyroid medication, pregnancy and more, and removes anything that conflicts. None of that replaces a conversation with your clinician.

What is the NexGen Outcomes Program?

A customer-outcomes program, not a clinical trial. Buy three units of one formula, complete four short surveys over 90 days, and earn back 25% of what you paid as store credit (or 40% as subscription credit). Details.

Where are the products made?

Manufactured in FDA-registered facilities in the USA that follow cGMP (21 CFR Part 111), with licensed branded ingredients sourced from their suppliers worldwide. Every lot is third-party tested; certificates are linked from the product page before shipping.

What about injectable peptides?

Injectable research peptides are sold by our sister company, NEX-GEN Peptides™, for research use only after the regulatory rule change clears. This site sells only oral dietary supplements.
