Published in aggregate, with the count
- Results are self-reported structure/function experiences, published only as de-identified aggregates with the number of participants.
- Participants are compensated with store credit — every published result says so, and every testimonial carries a "compensated participant" disclosure and a typicality statement.
- Nothing from the program is ever presented as proof that a product treats, cures or prevents any disease, and we never call it a clinical trial, study or test.
- Your survey data is stored under a participant ID, separated from your name and email, and is never shared with ingredient suppliers, partners or advertisers.
- Results feed the Version 2.1 changelog — what customers actually noticed decides what we keep.
Is this a clinical trial?
No. It is a customer-outcomes program: real customers, real purchases, self-reported check-ins, published in aggregate. There is no placebo, no randomization and no medical oversight — which is exactly why we never call it a trial and never present results as proof of a health effect.
Can I enroll if I bought a single bottle?
Enrollment requires three units of the same formula in one order (3-pack) or on a 3-pack subscription, so there is a full 90-day course to report on.
What if I stop taking the product?
Tell us in the next survey. "I stopped" is a valid, useful answer and still counts toward completion.
When do I get the credit?
Within 10 business days of your accepted Day-90 survey. Refunded orders are not eligible; chargebacks void the enrollment.
Who can see my answers?
Only the NEX-GEN team, under your participant ID. Published results are aggregates with the participant count. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
