Pre-orders

Pre-orders open January 1, 2027. Version 2.0 ships early 2027 in the order pre-orders were placed. Until then, saving a pre-order list costs nothing and creates no obligation for you or for us.

Shipping

  • Free US shipping on orders of $149 or more and on every subscription shipment.
  • Otherwise a flat $7.95 within the United States.
  • Orders ship from Virginia within two business days; tracking is emailed when the label is created.
  • International shipping is not offered at launch.

Subscriptions

Skip, swap, pause or cancel any time from the link in your renewal email, or by replying to it. We email you three days before each renewal.

Returns

  • Unopened bottles: full refund within 30 days of delivery. Email us for a prepaid label.
  • Opened bottles: tell us what did not work within 30 days and we will refund or replace at our discretion — one opened bottle per formula per customer.
  • Partner products (CogniPep™, CerebroPep™) follow the same policy.
  • Outcomes Program rewards are issued only for completed programs; refunded orders are not eligible.

Damaged or wrong items

Photograph the package and email supplementgraveyard@gmail.com within 7 days; we replace at no cost.
