Terms of use and sale

1. **Eligibility.** You must be 18 or older and a US resident to pre-order or purchase.

  1. Pre-orders. Saving a pre-order list does not create a purchase obligation for you or for NEX-GEN Nutraceuticals™. No payment is collected until checkout opens and you complete it. Batch quantities are limited; pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed and may be refunded in full if a batch is under-produced.
  2. Pricing. Prices are shown in US dollars. The one-time price is the anchor; subscription, 3-pack and stack discounts are described on the pricing page and may change between versions. Promotional prices end at the published date and time.
  3. Subscriptions. Renew every 30 or 90 days as selected; you may skip, swap, pause or cancel any time before a renewal ships. We email a reminder three days before each renewal.
  4. Returns. As described in Shipping & returns.
  5. Outcomes Program. Governed by its own program terms and consent, presented at enrollment.
  6. Intellectual property. NEX-GEN™, NEX-GEN Nutraceuticals™, BioRegulate™ and the X mark are trademarks of NEX-GEN. Branded ingredient names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used under license.

  8. Limitation of liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
